Internet is amazing... because of how amazing and generous some of the people you find are. =) Remember that video clip from 2002 I posted yesterday?, one of the very first perfomances of Ya-Ya-yah, when the group was made up of the seven original members?

Well, I was desperate to get a good-quality, un-watermarked version of that clip, so I asked a person nicknamed Ashaya, who had uploaded it to YouTube, if she could upload it for me at Megaupload and she has! ^___^ (I've uploaded it to YSI as well for those of you who can't use MU) Thank you so much again, Ashaya! ^___^

I just watched last Sunday's live stage and it's great. Yabu starts singing Asu e, and they do something pretty cool on the screen with the kanjis that represent each member, then Hikaru sings Akogare no Egoist, then Taiyô sings Ai wa Nuudo, then Shoon sings BadxNice, and finally all together sing To the Freedom. I was a little sad for Taiyô having to sing that so very old solo he sang ages ago, but he totally surprised me. Go Taiyô! =D He danced a bit at the beginning and he did really well -it left me wanting to see him dance some more-, and I think he had a great stage presence. For some months now I've started to consider him the second handsomest in Ya3 after Shoon.

Yabu... has his moments. LOL Sometimes he looks really handsome, but at others he looks angry or evil, I don't know. ^^U Somebody commented a few days ago on Atarashii_yoake's LJ that he looks a bit like an old woman sometimes, and much though I love Yabu I have to say I agree. XDDDD I think it's because his face is sooo thin. Yabu, dear, we need to put more flesh on those cheekbones of yours. =p And Hikaru is... darn, I can't decide whether Hikaru is handsome or not. ^^ I used to think of him as the ugly one in Ya3 (yeah, I know, shame on me), but just like Yabu sometimes he looks handsome too... or rather I'd say cute. Taiyô though is getting really, really good-looking, and he could totally go for a modeling career. Ah... anyway, watch the performance for yourselves and then read below my fangirly impressions on Shoon's solo if you're not snoring already from my talk. LOL

I must have watched Shoon's former BadxNice performance like a dozen times (or more), and I thought it couldn't get any better if he performed it again. Well, I was wrong. My heart started doing flip-flops from the moment he appears at the top of the stairs, when he shakes his head back, when he does that jump... *joins in the crazy squealing with the girls at the studio XD * ...and ohmygosh, when he does that thing he does with the hand when he gets to the "...mune dakedo..." line of the lyrics! ...hf3pVy#jKusYp5w... H____H That's when I get totally incoherent, so I'll stop. XD

When I was browsing through my favourite JE/Ya3 sites this morning, which include Ya3 Genshiro, my friend Kami-chan's blog, I wanted to pull at my hair. In her latest entry she posts a clip which (I'm not sure if she's fully realized it because the quality is not too good) is quite a relic. It's one of the very first performances of Ya-Ya-yah... when they were the original Ya-Ya-yah, the Ya-Ya-yah made up of 7 members, the ones that gave the group it's name: Yabu Kôta, Akama Naoya, Yamashita Shoon, Ayukawa Taiyô, Yoshida Yûki, Andô Yasuhiro, and Hoshino Masaki. Well, all of them appear on that clip that Kami-chan found on YouTube and posted on her blog. I had read on Wikipedia's article about Ya-Ya-yah having appeared on a show called Hippare Night (which I assume means "Hit Parade Night" ^^ - isn't Japanglish fun? XD)

However, I had never heard of it, so I skipped that bit of information when I made the info section for this blogsite. Some time later though, I found at MoonlightBoy.com that clip Kami has posted, and after watching it I felt as if I had found the Holy Grail. LOL I was like "OMG, it's them! All of them! O___O".

Ever since that day I'd been planning on making an entry about it, but I wanted to get a non-watermarked clip, and if possible a better quality clip before doing so... However Kami has beaten me to it! XD

OH, MY GOD! This is the funniest thing ever. About that clip from Sunday's show in which the guest called Shoon "Koon-kun"... well, after his explanation Koyama says: "toumorokoshi-tte koto?". I had no idea what toumorokoshi means, so I looked it up... and it's "corn" XDDDDD Koyama's words would mean something like "You mean "corn"?" I think. Actually I had thought they called him "Koon-kun" because it sounds similar to his name, but "koon" is the japanized form of the English word "corn" XDDDDD Now, why on earth do they call him that? ?___?

The show's guest greeted Shoon as Koon-kun and explained that his son is in Shoon's class and that they call him Koon-kun at school. LOL And poor Shoon was all embarrassed. He's so adorable I had the most idiotic smile plastered on my face when I watched that bit. XD

We also get to see Shoon and Hikaru with a bunch of noisy and funny kids. LOL I think poor Shoon was a little scared with so many screaming kids around them. XD Ah, but it's adorable when the little girl goes up to him and whispers the name of the person she likes (won't say who because it's funny as hell XD).

There was also a funny "teppan" section with Yabu and Taiyô, and at the end there was a preview of next Sunday's show... which will have a go-isshoku sasete kudasai with Hikaru and Shoon and I have the feeling more than one of us will feel jealous ;-)">It seems they set themselves a challenge: they'll get somebody to take them home for lunch before 10 tries. And it looks like 2 lucky young women will. XD 

PS: I'll edit this entry later with a SS link for the show and update the treasure box as well. ;-)

PS2: Almost forgot... Hikaru and Yabu weren't at the studios because they're doing Takki's musical "One" with Yûto and everyone else [poor Shoon and Taiyô as always have been left out ¬¬#]. The show people put a couple of cardboard body-sized images of them though, which was funny in a way, but also pissed me off a little. Do you think they'd do the same if Shoon or Taiyô were not there? I don't think so. They most certainly didn't the day Shoon was missing a few shows back. And for once Shoon and Taiyô got to see at the table with Koyama and the guest. As I've said before... JE obsession with establishing ranks through every detail is ridiculous.

It's a SendSpace link and the file is just 187 MB because I converted the original .mpg file into a .wmv file. With YouSendIt and SendSpace I take twice as long to upload an episode in .mpg (MU about 2 and a half hours - YSI/ SS: almost 5 hours @__@) . The image quality is the same, though. =) Also, I've posted MU links at the treasure box for that show (.mpg file), plus the performances from last Sunday's SC and Yamada's and Hikaru's letter-reading as I promised. And last but not least, I'm posting today MU/SS links for the first of Shoon's scenes in Satomi Hakkenden at Shoon around-the-clock (Shoon's LJ community). I just watched last Sunday's Ya3 show and I'm so excited 'cause this Sunday's show will have a Shoon&Hikaru report at some kindergarten. ^_______^ Aaaah, that's gonna be really funny and cute because Hikaru loves kids and kids love Shoon. =)

At the end they showed bits of the Jr. no Daibouken concert but not a single image of Shoon's solo T___T, even though they showed part of Hikaru's and a loooong bit of Yabu's. Don't you hate that outfit Yabu wore? (see pic below). It was totally ridiculous, like a crossover btw a Beatle and Buffalo Bill. XD I hate whoever chose it because Mayônaka no Answer is one of my fave Yabu solos and to have him sing it with that freaky outfit... @___@

am I seeing things?

From now on my ShoonxYabu, BnS-related "evidence" posts will go under the subject "Am I seeing things?" Obviously these are merely humorous/playful posts. That is to say that I don't think either Yabu or Shoon are gay. Of course if they were there would be nothing wrong with that, but these posts are just meant for fun and fangirling. ^^

Anyway... Did you watch the 2006.08.20 Ya3 TV show episode? The four Ya3 members were taken to different teppanyaki restaurants. They had to hold their laughter for 1 minute while different comedians tried to make them laugh. If they did, they got to eat, if not... bad luck. XD

The thing is I loved the episode because Shoon and Yabu sat by each other at all the restaurants, and there were a couple of very cute "Xmas Pair" moments XD , both at the first restaurant.

The first one was right when they had sat down and were waiting for the taping to start. Hikaru and Taiyô are looking ahead, hands intertwined on the table, and so are Koyama and the cook... while Shoon and Yabu are talking.

At the very end of the show Shoon sang again his solo Get Down. Handsome as always though he seemed a little spiritless to me. However, it was one of the very last performances, and taking into account that they always record 2 episodes on the same day probably he was just a little tired. Ah, I worry too much about him. XD Anyway, I talk too much as well. ^_^U Here's the performance. Notice how Shoon lifts his arm at the end of the song to introduce the next performers (three Kis-My-Ft2 members). Shoon's movements are sooo elegant! *___*

And Hikaru appeared in the Anata ni o-tegami kakimashô section with Yamada, one of the members of Kitty Junior. Anybody cares to translate? ^^

@Tsz: You asked me if I am ShoonxYabu or YabuxShoon. Em... Do you mean the seme/uke thing? I have never really thought about it. ^^ I think I'm both ShoonxYabu and YabuxShoon. XD I mean... Shoon's personality is more feminine, but physically he's very masculine, while Yabu's personality seems more masculine, while physically he's quite feminine (but probably because he's too thin and because of his young age). In fact in the fic Shoon is more mature and has more experience and confidence in himself, so at the beginning he'd be the leading one in the relationship, but with time Yabu would take the lead because he's the leading type. Would ShoonxYabu be too weird for you? I think the fic is more ShoonxYabu than YabuxShoon. // 40 pgs @____________@It wonld be very hard for me XDDDNow working out part 2 only...Plz wait.......... It's okay, don't worry. ^__^U As I told you when you asked my permission to translate the fic, it IS hard work because some chapters are really long. ^^ You should get someone to help you. And just take your time. ;-) Hope you liked the ending of the story. ^___^ Take care!

@eimyllin: It's really nice of you that you left a comment to thank me for my work on the treasure box even though you can't download with Megaupload. As you've probably seen from one of the previous entries now I'll be uploading the latest shows at YouSendIt. Hope that helps you. ;-) And yes, I'd noticed the ranks in colours in Ya3 too. It's curious because as you say Yabu wears red because of his leadership, and then Hikaru's blue is another of the three primary colours, though I wonder about Shoon and Taiyô's colours. Is Taiyô's yellow or orange? I think it looks more like a yellowish orange. If it were yellow it might mean he's more important than Shoon because yellow is the third primary colour and green (Shoon's colour) is the mixture of Blue (Hikaru's colour) and yellow. ?___? Oh, whatever. XD · @Airi: Well, it seems Kity do sing because they did in the latest Music Station (but probably just because Golf and Mike weren't there). Oh, I think Pi is great too, but JE pimps him a little too much. And yes, I was shocked too when I found out that in the end the T of Kity was going to be Totsu and not Tomita. I believe this is proof that he didn't want to be part of it, but probably JE pushed him to accept.

@Eva: Me alegra muchísimo que te haya gustado tanto el fic, y me encantó ese comentario tan extenso y entusiasta que me dejaste. ^____^ Yo creía cuando empecé a escribirlo que no pasaría de las veinte páginas, y ya ves... ¡al final creo que en total me han salido 128! O_O Y sí, aunque sea ficción me gusta que las historias sean creíbles, aunque sólo sea en el sentido de la psicología de los personajes. =) También me alegra que te hayan gustado los personajes secundarios, aunque lo de que Sana te haya caído bien... eres el primer caso. Por lo visto es una chorrada que se inventó un humorist japonés que se llama Shimura Ken, algo así como el "jarl" de Chiquito de la Calzada o lo de "ahora vas y lo cascas" de Cruz y Raya. XD Lo del "ain" parece que cuajó en Japón y se hizo muy popular. En este video de YouTube puedes ver a un grupo de chicas que creo que se llaman Minimoni hacer el gesto un montón de veces en la canción que interpretan. XD

@Sohee: Yup, I guess the huge Y in Kity GYM is because Yamapi is the senpai and because he has debuted, but if I were from Thailand I'd feel insulted that they make him seem more important than Golf and Mike. ^^

BnS extras update

I added a couple of things to the BnS section. One is the characters guide, for those of you who don't know all the people mentioned in the fic, and the other thing is something funny and curious I called "the wonders of Photoshop", which is about the lack of ShoonxYabu pics from Photoshoots and how to put a remedy to that. LOL I also added the latest commenters (does that word exist? ?__?) at the "thank-you to readers" section. I have to fix the polls because they're not working properly, sorry. ^^ More to come soon.

I've been away on holidays but on Monday I started working again. I had a horribly slow internet connection where I was vacationing, so I that's the reason I've been updating so little. ^^ I still have comments to answer (and I'll answer them, I promise), but I'm posting an entry today to tell you I've updated the contents of the treasure box.
